RUBBERFLEX™ PLUS GYM FLOORING
Rubberflex™ XTR is an EPDM rubber-based flooring for exterior use, which provides a soft, flexible and non-slip surface. Resistant to sun and rain, it is ideal for playgrounds, swimming pools, playgrounds and gyms.
Ideal for playgrounds, pool areas, etc. It provides a soft surface in case of falls, but it is also a non-slip surface even in the presence of water.
Rubberflex™ XTR is a poured-in-situ system, which allows a seamless installation, in addition to this, designs and color combinations not possible in floors that are already formed in pieces can be made.
As a poured system, the thickness of the cushioning base (optional) as well as the EPDM top layer can be controlled.

1 Rubberflex™ XTR - topping EPDM
Rubberflex™ XTR EPDM topping is the exposed layer of the system, based on 100% virgin EPDM rubber, it has high resistance to ultraviolet rays as well as cleaning chemicals and environmental elements. It is usually installed in thicknesses of 6mm or 12mm.
2 Rubberflex™ XTR - SRB base (optional)
The SBR recycled rubber base is an optional layer placed when it is desired to increase the cushioning of the Rubberflex™ XTR system. It can be installed in thicknesses from 6mm to 18mm.
3 Rubberflex™ XTR - Primer
The SBR recycled rubber base is an optional layer placed when it is desired to increase the cushioning of the Rubberflex™ XTR system. It can be installed in thicknesses from 6mm to 18mm.

Rubberflex™ XTR 6
The application of Rubberflex™ XRT 6 is a single layer of EPDM rubber that provides the necessary safety and comfort, as well as anti-slip properties. Ideal for swimming pools, courts, golf courses, lockers.
Rubberflex™ XTR 6 + 6
The Rubberflex™ XTR 6+6 system includes a poured SBR rubber base that adds additional cushioning and an EPDM rubber bumper. Ideal for children's play areas in public parks, schools, sports clubs.
Rubberflex™ XTR 12 + 6
When there is a risk of falls from height games, the 12mm (up to 24mm) SBR base of Rubberflex™ XTR 12+6 will help protect children from injury in the event of falls.
Rubberflex™ Turf
Rubberflex™ XTR Turf provides the safety cushioning of the SBR rubber base and turf finish. Choose from several grass options to choose from.
RUBBERFLEX™ XTR AVAILABLE COLORS
Rubberflex Plus Sports Rubber Floor is available in Onyx (Black) and Onyx with White Pints. Other colors are available by special request.
